Hang in there with me…

First, let me apologize for not being more in touch…. The loss of our home has taken a toll on my treasure hunting and blog writing. We keep hoping that life will soon get back to normal, but it’s still a ways off. We moved into a rental home two days ago, and it has helped by providing privacy and some sort of normalcy. Our real home, or what’s left of it, will be bulldozed in a few days.

In the meantime our days are taken up by dealing with paperwork, making appointments, answering phone calls, and trying to decide just what we are going to do with the rest of our life…..

THE WHITE’S MX SPORT

I have been privy to the development of the MX Sport for some time, and I have no doubt it’s going to be a winner. White’s heard your call for a waterproof, deep seeking workhorse and gathered input from a lot of long time, serious treasure hunters. Their ideas, suggestions, wants and needs were combined and incorporated into the MX Sport.  So if you are in the market for a deep seeking, versatile and affordable detector, do yourself a favor and wait for this machine. Trust me you won’t be sorry.

In the meantime check the White’s website for weekly updates….

It’s January, and if you live in the Northeast, you better be researching….

Suddenly I understand that there’s life after metal detecting….don’t let it sneak up on you.

Glad you are making headway, Dick. I had a house burn once, and the red tape in trying to get “done” was mind boggling. Best of luck .

So glad things are heading forward. House being bulldozed seems traumatic. Good vibes for new beginnings! Glad you’re back. Missed you terrible.

I keep thinking how lucky you were and how fast life can change. Time to move to my home state. Ohio. We’ll welcome you with open arms!

  4. Good to see you posting again, Dick!
